Shipping Policy

  • Carrier: We ship all orders via FedEx 2-Day Shipping to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only unopened and unused products may be returned.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the product at no additional cost once the issue has been verified.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
